• BE ADVISED, FOR ALL CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COPY OF AN UNEXPIRED GOVERNMENT ISSUED INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT PRIOR TO BEING AUTHORIZED TO TRADE. ANY DEPOSIT MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR TRADING UNTIL A PASSPORT IS RECEIVED.
• Losses can exceed initial amount invested.
• Third party payments will NOT be accepted. All deposits MUST be from the
  original account owner.
• The trading platform's denomination is in USD.
• Please be advised that UK clients are not able to fund their account by credit card using BMFN’s processor. UK clients should use the Moneybookers option. Additionally, German clients with credit cards issued in Germany may not fund their account when using BMFN’s processor when outside Germany.
• Clients are able to deposit a minimum of $50.00 USD and a maximum of $10,000.00 USD per month using a credit card.
  
• Funds deposited via credit card are not available for withdrawal for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the most recent credit card deposit. After thirty (30) days, any and all funds deposited via credit card are available for withdrawal by the client.
  
• All card-based transactions are automatically converted to US Dollars and the possibility exists that you may incur additional fees by your card issuer for currency conversion.
  
• All financial transactions are processed by Boston Merchant Financial AG., located at Dreikoenigsstrasse 34, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland.  The charge will appear on your statement as Boston Merchant Financial AG.  All transactions are processed in high secured 128bit encryption.
• Boston Merchant Financial AG is not the counterparty to any trading activity.
• Boston Merchant Financial AG is the contracting party for this credit card transaction.  Please be advised that Boston Merchant Financial AG, while the contracting party, is acting as an intermediary on behalf of its affiliate Boston Merchant Financial Ltd.
  
• Deposits made by credit card may take up to 1 business day to appear on the account.

• In most cases, the country of the credit card holder must match the credit card country of issuance. For example, a card issued by a UK bank cannot be used by a BMFN account holder in Egypt, the credit card needs to be issued by an Egyptian bank in order for the transaction to be successful.
